非交联型粉末丁腈橡胶的研制

摘 要:分析了影响非交联型粉末丁腈橡胶专用胶乳性能的几个重要因素。结果表明,在引发剂(质量份,下同)0.09~0.10、叔十二碳硫醇0.60~0.75、聚合温度7~8℃、转化率65%~75%时可制备出合格的非交联型粉末丁腈橡胶专用胶乳。采用一价钠盐、二价镁盐和二价钙盐的复合凝聚剂和有机酸盐与硅油的复合隔离剂可制得性能较好的非交联型粉末丁腈橡胶。

Preparation of non- crosslinked powdered butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber

AbstractSeveral important factors effecting the latex properties of non - crosslinked powdered butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber were analyzed. The resuits showed that the qualified latex of noncrosslinked powdered butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber was prepared when initiator was 0. 09 ~ 0. 10phr, t - dodecyl mercaptan was 0. 06 ~ 0. 75 phr,conversion was 65% ~ 75% at 7 ~ 8 ℃ . Non crosslinked powdered butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber with better properties could be prepared using coagulant compounded with Na+, Mg2 + and Ca2 + and insulator compounded with organic acid salt and silicone oil.
