下沉颗粒三相临界搅拌转速

Progress on critical suspension speed of gas-liquid-particle three-phase system

摘 要:分析了颗粒悬浮过程及其动力,综述了结构因素(如釜底形状、搅拌桨型、气体分布器等)、操作因素(如搅拌转速、气体流量、颗粒分率等)及物性因素(颗粒直径、密度等)对下沉颗粒气液固三相体系的临界搅拌转速等工艺参数的影响,对不同的工艺情况推荐了适宜的结构因素.
