Sm(BA)3/PU复合材料的制备及其荧光性能

摘 要:制备了苯甲酸钐/聚氨酯复合材料,并对其荧光性能进行了研究,获得了复合材料荧光强度与稀土质量分数间的依赖关系。结果表明,选择易于与稀土离子配位的有机基体与稀土有机配体进行熔体共混可显著提高二者相容性,可以获得稀土离子质量分数较高、分布较为均匀的稀土/高分子复合材料。

  Due to its special electrical structure,rare earth(RE) has special optical property.By adding RE into polymers,a new type of fluorescent composite with high contents of RE can be obtained, which can be used to prepare color- fluorescent- light,color display,luminescent coating,light memorial material,luminescent battery and so on[1].RE ions have low luminescent efficiency, however, compounds can be prepared with RE and organic complexes, which have high absorbing coefficients. By this way the excitation energy can be transfer in the form of nonradiation jump from the complexes to the center RE ions by intermolecular energy transition. Using this method, the luminescent intensity of RE can be enhanced, the short coming low luminescent efficiency of RE in UV and visible light region can be overcome. In this paper, firstly Sm(BA)3 is prepared, then Sm(BA)3/PU composite is made by melt blending Sm(BA)3 with PU which is selected for the purpose of easy processing and compatibility and elasticity. Finally the fluorescent properties of the composite were investigated. The result shows in Table 1.……
