丁腈橡胶接枝增韧酚醛树脂的研究

Study of phenolic resin toughened by grafting with NBR

摘 要:在苯酚与甲醛聚合体系中加入NBR,证明NBR与酚醛树脂发生了接枝反应。研究了NBR用量对树脂冲击强度、软化点和凝胶时间的影响。结果表明,仅加入2%的NBR,就可使酚醛树脂的冲击强度提高100%以上,当继续增加其用量,冲击强度进一步提高.

  With the extension of application field, the requirement for more toughness to phenolic resin increased. Traditionally, phenolic resin was modified by noyl phenol, cardanol, linseed oil when phenolic resin was synthesized, but the result was not satisfactory.In this work, a new additive NBR was added into the bulk polymerization system of phenol and formaldehyde by 1% , 2% , 3% ,5% respectively to increase the toughness of phenolic resin by graft copolymerization.At first, according to the recipe,phenol,formaldehyde,NBR and catalyst A were added into a 500 mL three- necked bottle altogether, reacted at 90 ℃ for 60 min. Second, catalyst B was put in , and the reaction was maintained at 90 ℃ for 60 min. At last when softening point reached 95 ℃ , the product was poured out dried in a vacuum.Subsequently, impact strength, gel time, infrared spectrum and DSC were measured.……
