用淀粉接枝聚醚共聚物合成高回弹性聚氨酯泡沫塑料

摘 要:淀粉在交联剂、催化剂等作用下与聚醚接枝合成接枝共聚物.该接枝共聚物可用于制备高回弹性聚氨酯泡沫塑料(HRPU).它能有效地提高HRPU泡沫塑料的承载能力和舒适性.通过对其合成工艺及性能的研究,找到了合成高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料的较佳工艺配方.其各项性能指标优于美国ASTM标准.

  The problem of improving comfortability and load- bearing capacities of polyurethane(PU) flexible foams is concerned by PU industry. Adding inorganic fillers or organic fillers is traditional methods. First, adding inorganic fillers directly such as CaCO3, BaSO4, can make the products low cost. However, properties of these foam products are often of inferior quality. Their compound system is unstable too. It also brings much difficulty in forming operation. Secondly, directly adding organic fillers such as polymer polyols or polyurea polyols dispersing liquids can make foam products high cost. However, properties of those products are of excellent quality. In this paper, a new type of starch copolymer was used for preparing high resilience polyurethane foams(HRPU). These dispersing liquids are of good stability and lower cost comparing with organic filler. Meanwhile, properties of foam products are the same as those foam products prepared by organic fillers respectively[1,2].……
