"salami"结构的丁苯胶粉/纳米碳酸钙复合粒子协同增韧聚丙烯

摘 要:研究了SBR/纳米CaCO3复合粒子(RPS)的制备及其对PP的协同增韧作用.结果表明,高度交联的丁苯胶乳(DB-50)与纳米CaCO3浆液混合后喷雾干燥,得到一种具有类似"salami"结构的胶粉(RPS),纳米CaCO3粒子全部包藏在丁苯胶粉中.PP/RPS共混物的冲击强度高于熔融共混物PP/DB-50ENP/纳米CaCO3,RPS对PP具有显著协同增韧作用.
