高磺酸基含量聚合物乳液的制备

摘 要:分别以苯乙烯(St)和对乙烯基苯磺酸钠(NaSS)为主单体和功能单体,通过引入第三单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)和甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)来提高St和NaSS的共聚几率,制备出了高磺酸基含量的聚合物乳液.结果表明,聚合反应进行平稳,单体转化率高于93.8%;当单体中St/MMA/NaSS/DVB-IEGDMA(摩尔比)为62.5/12.5/25/3/2时,所得乳液粒径为112.5 nm;聚合物乳液经甲醇抽提纯化48h后损失的质量分数为6.49%,纯化后产物中的NaSS单元的摩尔分数为20.1%,接近其理论值23.8%.
