可释放负离子的弹性聚氯乙烯/六环石复合材料

摘 要:将一种新发现的具有释放负离子功能的天然矿物六环石制备成超细微粉,用非离子表面活性剂三乙醇胺对天然矿物微粒进行表面改性,并将其与聚氯乙烯增塑糊共混,制备了弹性聚氯乙烯/六环石复合材料.通过扫描电镜观察发现,改性后的六环石微粒在聚氯乙烯糊树脂中分散均匀,微粒形状为类球形,多数粒径不大于600 nm.当添加的天然矿物质量分数为3%时,复合材料释放空气负离子的浓度超过1 500个/cm3·s,达到了世界卫生组织规定的标准.

Study of flexible polyvinyl chloride/six-ring rock powder composites to release negative ions

  Negative ions are found to be beneficial to deodorization, antisepsis, anti-mite, preservation, water purification, plant growth, blood purification and cell activation and so on. Some natural fossils can release negative ions, and the commonly used ones are tourmaline and submarine minerals. Six-ring rock is another mineral which was recently found to be able to release negative ions. In this paper a polymeric composite made from six-ring rock and polyvinyl chloride(PVC) was reported. Six-ring rock is nontoxic, tasteless and nonradioactive with the function of releasing far infrared ray of wavelength 8-15 μm at environmental temperature of 20 ℃. ……
