不同陈化方式对钼系催化异戊二烯聚合的影响

摘 要:以辛醇取代的五氯化钼(简称Mo)、间甲酚铝(简称A1)为催化体系,以异戊二烯(Ip)为原料,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为第3组分制备聚异戊二烯.在25℃下陈化0.5 h,探索分别以Al-Mo、Mo-TBP、Al-Mo-TBP、Al-Mo-TBP-Ip为陈化方式对Ip聚合活性及聚合物特性黏数的影响.结果表明,采用Al—Mo—TBP陈化方式,Ip的聚合活性高,聚合物的相对分子质量大,聚合效果最佳.产物中主要有3,4-结构和1,2-结构,结构总摩尔分数约为75.0%.

Effect of aging way on isoprene polymerization with molybdenum catalyst system

  3,4-polyisoprene (PIp) has good damping performance, wet skid resistance low rolling resistance, and excellent air and water impermeability.There are few studies of Mo catalyst system for isoprene(Ip) polymerization until now. In this work, a Mo ( V ) catalyst system for Ip polymerization was researched, where MoCl3 (OC8H17)2 (simplified as Mo) is used as main catalyst, AI( OPhCH3) (i-Bu)2 (simplified as AI) as co-catalyst,and tributyl phosphate (TBP) as the additive. There were four different catalyst aging ways, which using AI-Mo, Mo-TBP, AI-Mo-TBP, AI-Mo-TBP-Ip as the addition way, aging for 0.5 h at 25℃, respectively. The other catalyst components and monomer were added to the system directly at the beginning of polymerization.The effect of aging ways on the catalyst activity was shown in Fig 1.The conversions all increased with the increase of Mo/Ip( mole ratio) in different aging ways. It was obvious that the monomer conversion increased by the AI-Mo-TBP-Ip catalyst aging and the overall catalyst activity was higher than other three catalyst aging ways. When the Mo/Ip(mole ratio) exceeded 2.5×10-4 the conversion was more than 80%.……
