国内外聚氨酯轮胎的研究进展

摘 要:介绍国内外聚氨酯(PU)轮胎的研究状况,并指出尚存在的问题.国外PU轮胎研究工作起步较早,各大轮胎公司纷纷开发成功各种新型PU轮胎,但未实现产业化;国内成功制造出PU浇注充气轮胎和PU胎面/橡胶胎体复合结构轮胎,PU胎面与橡胶胎体的粘合性能达到了国际领先水平.目前存在批量生产质量合格PU轮胎难度大、PU弹性体内生热大、研发耗资巨大、PU轮胎市场培育期相对较长等问题.尚需开展优化PU轮胎结构、研究PU弹性体分子设计和配方以及加强PU弹性体与橡胶的界面粘合等工作.
