N-丁基马来酰亚胺/苯乙烯共聚合机理研究

  摘要:研究了氘代氯仿中N-丁基马来酰亚胺(NB MI)和苯乙烯(St)的络合性能。在多组分O/ W微乳液中,用过硫酸钾引发NBMI和St进行微乳液共聚合,考察了聚合温度、单体配比对共 聚合的影响,并对共聚机理进行了研究。结果表明,NBMI/St微乳液共聚合是按照自由-络 合机理进行的,在共聚合过程中,既有自由单体参与,又有电荷转移络 合物(CTC)参与。

Study on copolymerization mechanism of N -butyl maleimide and styrene

ABSTRACT

  The complexion properties of N-butyl maleimide(NBMI) and styrene(St) in CDCl 3 were studied firstly.By using sodium dodecyl sulfate and pentanol as the comp lex emulsifier,the oil-in-water microemulsion of NBMI and St was prepared.The copolymerization was carried out in sealed ampoules with potassium persulfate as an initiator.The effects of reaction temperature,monomer feed on copolymerizati on were studied and the copolymerization mechanism was researched as well.It was found that with the participation of free monomers and charge-transfer complex ,the microemulsion copolymerization of N-butyl maleimide and sytrene complied w ith the free-complex mechanism.
