端羟基聚丁二烯液体橡胶老化性能研究

　　摘要：研究了不同防老剂种类 及用量，不同环境温度条件下，端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)液体橡 胶粘度变化规律。结果表明，加入防老剂，尤其是2246可以显著改善HTPB的老化性能，且防 老剂2246最佳用量为0.2%～0.5%。室温下，HTPB不加防老剂的贮存期长达1年。

Investigation into aging properties of
hydroxyl－terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber

ABSTRACT

　　The change law of the viscosity of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) liq u id rubber was investigated with various kinds of antioxidants and its different contents at different environmental temperatures.The results showed that the agi ng properties of HTPB could be remarkably improved by adding antioxidants,especi ally antioxidant－2246,and the optimum content of antioxidant－2246 was 0.5 perc ent.The storage duration of HTPB was 1 year without the addition of antioxidants at room temperature.
