Brabender转矩流变仪在橡胶加工性能评价中的应用

摘 要:以填充型粉末橡胶的加工性能评价为例,综述了Brabender转矩流变仪在橡胶的密炼机塑炼、混炼、焦烧模拟、挤出等加工性能表征中的应用.由于Brabender转矩流变仪提供了广泛的剪切速率范围和模块化的测试接头,为橡胶的密炼机加工、挤出加工等的模拟和表征提供了可能.研究结果表明,Brabender转矩流变仪的密炼头与工业密炼机具有良好的相关性,可用于表征胶料的密炼机加工特性.填充型粉末橡胶中含有大量已良好分散的填料,其密炼机混炼过程与传统干法混炼存在诸多不同,而复杂口型的挤出特性也有差别,这些特点在转矩流变仪上也表现得非常明显.
