橡胶制品的环保问题及对策

Environmental protection in rubber product manufacturer

摘 要:探讨了橡胶制品生产和应用中的致癌问题以及由于新型致冷剂R134a(1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷)应用和减少汽车排放污染物对橡胶材质提出的挑战及解决办法.橡胶制品配合剂中,防老剂D,A和AP等,促进剂NOBS,DIBS,TMTD,BZ,EZ和DTDM等,促进剂NA-22,防老剂BLE,热法NBR,镉镁硫化体系,石棉及苯分别含有或产生β-奈胺、亚硝胺化合物、乙烯基硫脲、4-氨基联苯、丙烯腈、氧化镉、石棉及苯等致癌性物质.橡胶制品致癌问题的有效解决办法是停产、禁用这些配合剂并以性能相近的替代品代用.R134a密封件适合采用专用EPDM胶料制备,空调器胶管适合采用耐寒性和耐渗透性好的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)和二元共聚型氯醚橡胶等制备.为降低燃油渗漏,汽车发动机周围的胶管和密封件应采用耐热性和耐油性好的氟橡胶、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、氯醚橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、CSM和HNBR等制备.
