铅盐热稳定剂对PVC/TPU共混物脱氯化氢热降解性的影响

Influence of lead salt thermal stabilizer on heat degradation of PVC/TPU from dehydrochlorination

摘 要:采用刚果红法并以PVC为对比样研究铅盐热稳定剂对PVC/热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)共混物脱氯化氢热降解性的影响.结果表明,二盐基亚磷酸铅抑制PVC/TPU共混物脱出氯化氢的效果较好,其次为三盐基硫酸铅,硬脂酸铅的效果较差;铅盐热稳定剂用量大于3.5份后,并用比为3∶1的二盐基亚磷酸铅/三盐基硫酸铅并用体系抑制PVC/TPU共混物脱出氯化氢的效果较好.
