几种分析技术在硫化胶热老化研究中的应用

摘 要:介绍热分析、核磁共振和傅立叶转换红外光谱分析在硫化胶热老化性能研究中的应用.热重分析主要用于评价橡胶材料的热稳定性和老化程度,研究老化降解动力学;动态热力学分析可测定橡胶材料受到周期性应力时的热力学反应;差示扫描量热法可准确测量转变温度和转变焓;核磁共振可研究橡胶材料老化过程中的微观结构变化;傅立叶转换红外光谱用于表征橡胶材料热氧老化过程中分子结构的动态变化.
