受红外辐射加热的型坯或片材的实验研究与数值模拟

Experimental study and numerical simulation of preform or sheet exposed to infrared radiative heating

摘 要:如注射、拉伸、吹塑和热成型这样的热塑性塑料的成型包含采用红外炉进行加热的阶段.这是成型过程的一个关键阶段,因为制品的最终壁厚很大程度上取决于成型前型坯或片材的温度分布,因此必须选择最佳的红外炉.本文通过实验表征了红外发射灯管热源的特性及其与半透明PET片材之间的相互作用,并采用880 LW AGEMA红外摄像机测量热塑性塑料片材的表面温度分布,以确定透射热通量的表面分布状况.此外,采用控制体积方法对温度分布进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果与实验数据进行了比较.
